Exclusive Use of Cowley Manor

When taking exclusive use of the property, pricing will vary depending on your preferred dates and the season. Please find below a breakdown including accommodation, exclusive venue hire, food and drinks.

Pricing

Low Season (October - Mid May):

Exclusive use of Cowley Manor Experimental starts at £36, 000 (1-night exclusive Mon-Thurs) and £70,000 (2-Nights Minimum Fri-Sun)

High Season (Mid-May – June & September):

Exclusive use of Cowley Manor Experimental starts at £88,000 (2-Nights Minimum) 

High Season (July & August):

Exclusive use of Cowley Manor Experimental starts at £100,000 (2-Nights Minimum)

Exclusive use includes:

• All 36 bedrooms, accommodating up to 74 adults and 16 children
• Full use of all public areas: bar, lounge, restaurant, library, and games room
• Use of the spa and full breakfast for all hotel residents (spa remains open to spa members spa day packages)
• Exclusive use runs from 3:00 PM on day of check-in to 9:00 AM on day of check-out.
• Bedroom check-out is 11:00 AM

Your exclusive use wedding can include the following, or be completely bespoke to suit your needs:

• 2 Glasses of Champagne per guest for the drinks reception
• 5 Canapés per guest
• 3-Course Wedding Breakfast (Dinner)
• Half Bottle of House Wine per guest during dinner
• Glass of Champagne for the speeches
• After-dinner Tea & Coffee
• Evening Snacks

We can accommodate:

• Indoor Ceremony: up to 100 guests in the Restaurant
• Indoor Wedding Breakfast: up to 84 guests in the Restaurant
• Outdoor Ceremony: up to 150 guests
• Marquee Wedding Breakfast: up to 150 guests
• Evening Party: up to 150 guests in the Bar/Lounge & Restaurant.
