Help with your venue listing

There are 4 simple steps in completing your venue listing…

1. Be an approved venue

Before you complete your online listing you must already be an approved venue to host non-religious wedding ceremonies in the Gloucestershire area. Please see ‘Become an approved venue’ on this website.

2. Register

Register on this website as a venue to become a member. You will need to register your email address and create a password.

3. Login and enter your information

Login to this website, navigate to your user area and click on ‘List a venue’ in the left-hand column.

Please complete all of the requested information before you submit the ‘List a venue’ form.

4. Approve details

Once submitted, Gloucestershire Registration Service will review your venue details. When approved your venue details will appear on this website.

Your venue listing explained

The screen shots below explain the following;

  1. Banner text – this text will appear with a picture of your venue on the venue listing page and also on your detailed venue page (this is the highlighted text to the right of the picture).
  2. Intro text – this is the first paragraph of text under your venue title on your detailed venue page.
  3. Detail text – this is the main descriptive text on your detailed venue page.

You can edit your venue details at any time by visiting your user area and clicking on ‘List your venue’ in the left-hand column. Any changes you make will be submitted to Gloucestershire Registration Service for approval.
