Lodge Park

This unique building was created for John 'Crump' Dutton on 1634, indulging his passion for deer coursing, gambling, banqueting and entertaining. Today, Lodge Park offers a romantic and rural backdrop to your big day - the perfect use for an environment fashioned solely for the pursuit of enjoyment and celebration!

All our hire options offer Lodge Park on a fully exclusive basis This ensures that this magical Grandstand and beautiful surrounding parkland is just for you and your guests throughout your time with us, regardless of the size of your guest list. Hold your wedding ceremony and reception here, or just part of your day. If you’re just looking for somewhere fabulous for photographs, we can do that too.

The front lawn: perfect for a drinks reception and lawn games; a great setting for a marquee.

The Grand Portico: The stone-pillared stone structure to the front of the Grandstand offers a covered space for your outside ceremony, or a great position for a harpist or string quartet to entertain your guests during a drinks reception on the lawn.

The Little Hall: This stone-floored entrance hall, with seventeenth century architectural features, overlooks the lawn and fountain –why not set up your drinks reception or buffet here.

The Great Room: This breathtaking ‘double cube’ room, lined with beautiful oil portraits also features a magnificent fireplace and opens onto the balcony, affording magnificent views of the surrounding parkland. Crump’s original banqueting hall.

The Roof: One of the truly standout moments of Lodge Park is the breath-taking view of the surrounding Cotswold landscape from the roof, so, for as long as the weather holds we’ll keep it open for you and your guests during daylight hours.
